Actionscript 3 / Unity3D online courseware developer

participated as one of four primary developers of multiple online courseware systems for a military simulation training product (Virtual Battlespace 3).

duties included design and programming of front-end menu interfaces (Flash, AS3), creating art assets and 3D terrain for the in-game environment (Unity 3D) and minor scripting of some Unity components (C# for Unity).

design plans were managed in an Agile environment and tracked using Atlassian JIRA.

NFL Blitz art team, NBA Live '13 art team, Madden NFL outsource contractor

duties included creation of mocks for in-game UI content and skinning screens with actionscript 2.0 and the café/ion framework.

proficiency was also acquired using EA in-house software packages such as Perforce, Hansoft, ICT Tools, FlashDevelop, and others.

custom achievement icons and image processing support of all cheerleader images (NFL Blitz) and custom rookie portraits (NBA Live) are also noteworthy graphical contributions.

as an outsource contractor, work was mainly performed on large batch image processing of rookie portraits, designing the look and style of main menu images, and helping to develop workflow for studio use.



boeing design visualization group, NASA Constellation project

duties included the conception and production of video content for supporting NASA's Constellation project, specifically the Ares I rocket first stage operations. video content was captured from the DELMIA software package, imported in adobe premiere and used to generate accelerated process overviews for NASA engineers to evaluate.

other contract duties included video production for interdepartmental meeting support and image compositing/editing for 3d engineers texture libraries. also was responsible for documenting the video conception and production process for Boeing and NASA; ensuring multiple colleagues from both could edit workflows as necessary.

duties included the creation and modification of company newsletters, product release announcements, press releases, and graphics to be implemented in print and the web. close work was done with the marketing director and staff in conceptualizing an effective marketing strategy for all product lines across company websites and in all print media. redesigning & developing the sales kit for international sales consultants was also a major focus. also responsible for website maintenance/updates of HTML and PHP pages.
